The Genflex Group of Companies is committed to skills development and upliftment across the board. The company offers a free one-week training course on hydraulic hose assembly to existing and potential clients.
Believing in backing up its products with a strong after-sales programme, Genflex has initiated this course to prolong the life of its hose.
It is crucial that the hydraulic hose supplied by Genflex is maintained correctly. Clients sending their technicians to the course are rewarded with operators who can handle the hose expertly, prolonging its life, minimising cost and breakages, and ensuring that a positive communication channel between themselves and Genflex is established.
Technicians are awarded a certificate of competence on completion of the week-long course and are encouraged to complete a refresher course 18 months later.
Genflex is actively training to the MERSETA standards that are about to be accepted by our industry.
